R.I.P.P.E.D.™

This total body, high intensity program utilizes free weight and body weight exercises. The class combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.™: resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, and endurance as the workout portion. We top it off with diet suggestions to challenge your level of fitness and endurance.
